Dear Students
Between 10 June - 5 July 2024, the companies you will go to for Workplace Practice / Experience courses are shared with you.
Our first goal is to complete your training safely. Please attach great importance to the Occupational Health and Safety issues that you have learnt in the lessons and will be given to you by the company.
We are confident that you will represent OSTIM Technical University in the best way during your training. When you encounter any problems, do not argue with the company personnel and inform us immediately.
Before 10 June - 5 July 2024Monday, please contact the personnel who are interested in the internship in the Human Resources departments of the company from the contact link of the company and learn the shuttle bus information that we can benefit from.
During the first week of the training, have your patron fill in the personnel information (name, surname, e-mail, mobile phone number if he/she wishes to provide) at https://forms.gle/9pmhAaabNaUkJxxH9.
On the day the training starts, the personnel in charge of the Human Resources Departments may request your insurance information from you. In this case, you can access your insurance document by logging in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ web page and typing "4A Employment Entry Exit Notification" in the search section.
Do not forget to check your e-mail address daily during the training.
Please submit the course reports on time.
